Restoring your choices and current facts…

Give clients a clear way to book time with Appointlet

Appointlet shares your availability through a booking page, so clients can choose a suitable time without a long email exchange. Start with the Free limits, then compare Premium only when its booking controls or integrations solve a real need.

Compare Free and Premium

Start with the booking job

Keep Free or an adequate existing calendar if it handles your appointment volume. Compare Premium when you need a specific control such as manual booking confirmation or automated reminders. Count the members who manage scheduling separately from the people booking appointments.

Free or an existing calendar
Check the current meeting, scheduling-page and member limits. An attendee booking a time is not another paid scheduling member; do not multiply a meeting allowance by member count.
Premium
Compare the exact controls you need, such as manual confirmation and automated reminders. Count paid scheduling members and compare monthly payment with the full annual commitment, taxes and external payment/video charges.

For qualifying paid Appointlet Premium monthly or annual plans. Compare Free first; this link does not select a plan or billing term.

Check Free and selected paid-plan limits. The merchant page does not preselect your product, plan, users or billing term.

Compare the booking controls

Keep Setmore in the comparison if a straightforward booking page fits. Check both Free options before choosing paid controls. Confirm manual approval on the selected Appointlet plan; do not infer an equivalent Setmore workflow or native integration.

Compare Setmore’s current plans

For Setmore Pro, confirm the web/desktop profiles and monthly billing; compare an annual purchase separately. Neither subscription supplies human phone coverage or guarantees attendance.

Check one realistic booking before switching

  • Choose a real service, its duration and the person or team who should host.
  • Check the connected calendar and a time that is already busy.
  • Review the attendee's time zone, confirmation, joining instructions and cancellation path.
  • Confirm the selected plan’s host selection, distribution or joint-hosting option.
  • Keep someone responsible for changes, exceptions and questions.
  • Check access, cancellation, joining details and a manual fallback before sharing the booking link.

These are suggested checks, not tests performed by MailboxCompare.

Need both hosts or either host?

Illustration: A is free 09:00–11:00 and B 10:00–12:00 on the same date in the same timezone. Meetings last 60 minutes and start on the hour. For the either-host job, both people can perform the work. Assume no buffer or shared room; different hosts may serve clients at the same time.

Method: count common free slots when both hosts are required. Count separately assignable host-slots when either person is sufficient. Count each start time once when showing one client’s choices.

Four appointments require two simultaneous appointments at 10:00. With one shared room, this example fits three appointments. For an occasional joint meeting, manually checking a common time may be enough.
