Privacy choices

Use the comparisons with or without optional analytics. Your mail and verification documents stay with your chosen provider.

Comparison tools and browser saving

Counts, duration, requirements and quotes are processed in your browser. Do not enter personal documents, credentials or actual mail. Optional saved inputs, plans and quotes stay in this browser; you can delete them in the saving controls. This tab also restores current work and directory views through navigation. Analytics permission is separate from saving.

Share, download and print

Share links contain comparison inputs in the URL fragment. Anyone with the link can read them. Fragments are not sent in the website request, but browsers and recipients can retain them. Reports and printouts include the inputs and public results you choose to export.

Optional Google Analytics

Only “Continue with analytics” enables Google Analytics Standard. When allowed, Google processes usage events, cookies and browser/device identifiers to help us understand page visits, useful tool/comparison actions and provider clicks. We send clean page paths and origin-only referrers, not comparison inputs, saved-state fragments, quote labels, documents or credentials. Advertising features are disabled.

For a new visitor, the choice appears after about 20 seconds of visible browsing and a pause in form interaction. Short visits and earlier pages or actions before permission remain unmeasured and are not replayed. The first measured page may differ from the true arrival page; missing analytics cannot establish a whole-site funnel or refusal rate.

Analytics cookies last for the browser session. Event/user data retention is 2 months, with activity-based reset disabled; aggregated standard reports may remain longer. You can withdraw permission below to stop future analytics and remove its browser cookies. This does not delete records already received by Google. See Google’s privacy policy.

Hosting and contact

The hosting platform may process ordinary access, traffic and security records even when optional analytics is off. Hosting totals are separate from consented analytics. If you email contact@mailboxcompare.com, we and our email provider process your address and message to respond; do not send identity documents or actual mail.

External providers

Provider and postal links leave this website and use those services’ policies. A provider click shows interest, not a subscription, purchase or commission. MailboxCompare has no visitor account or identity-document upload.
