Choose the booking job first

Count staff calendars separately from appointments. Setmore counts a staff profile with its own calendar as a user even if that person cannot log in. From available hours to an appointment

1. Set availabilityChoose staff hours, breaks and time off. For Pro sync, connect the intended Google calendar for each staff member and check existing bookings and time zones.
2. Share the linkThe client sees offered services and times, including their displayed local time zone when that feature is enabled.
3. Confirm the bookingThe client chooses an available slot. Pro two-way sync can send newly booked appointments back to the selected calendar; it does not promise historical backfill or every event type.

Pro staff can also create a recurring appointment series with an end date. That is separate from a client booking an entire series. Scheduling software does not include a human receptionist or guarantee attendance.
