For occasional signing
Free includes 3 signature requests total, not 3 each month. Personal includes 10 requests per month and 5 templates for 1 user. Open the Free plan before committing to a paid trial if the allowance fits.
If you only need to sign something sent to you, follow that invitation. Sign.Plus recipients do not need their own account or paid seat to sign. If an accepted signing tool is already included in software you have, you may not need another subscription.
For a team sending agreements
Count the people who will operate the account, not everyone you invite to sign. Professional supports up to 5 paid users; the listed price is for each user, not a five-person bundle.
Professional and higher include unlimited ordinary requests. SMS/WhatsApp delivery and extra identity verification have separate limits or charges. Choose Business or Enterprise for specific template, administration or security needs rather than the plan name alone.
Budget for each paid user
| Plan | Pay monthly · per user | Pay annually · per user | Included |
|---|---|---|---|
| Personal | $14.99/month base | about $10.00/month equivalent · billed annually; $119.99 upfront | 1 user; 10 requests/month; 5 templates |
| Professional | $29.99/month base | about $20.00/month equivalent · billed annually; $239.99 upfront | Up to 5 paid users; unlimited ordinary requests; 10 templates |
| Business | $49.99/month base | about $30.00/month equivalent · billed annually; $359.99 upfront | Multiple paid users; unlimited ordinary requests and templates |
| Enterprise | $79.99/month base | about $50.00/month equivalent · billed annually; $599.99 upfront | Multiple paid users; unlimited ordinary requests and templates; advanced controls |
Annual amounts are paid upfront for each user; Personal supports one user. Multiply the per-user charge by the paid seats you choose. Taxes and applicable add-ons are additional; unlimited ordinary requests do not include unlimited verification or SMS delivery.
Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically. Annual billing is an ordinary billing comparison, not an exclusive coupon. Check current Sign.Plus plans · Review trial and cancellation steps
Check each allowance period, not just the total
In this hypothetical example, one sender uses one saved template across three separate allowance periods. Assume a limit of 10 sent signature requests per period, no carried credit and no pooling. Both routines total 24 requests, but only one stays within the assumed limit in every period. These are fictional rules, not a provider entitlement or your saved inputs.
| Routine | Period 1 | Period 2 | Period 3 | Total requests | Count fit under the assumption |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Even use | 8 | 8 | 8 | 24 | Within the limit in every period |
| Earlier concentration | 11 | 7 | 6 | 24 | Period 1 exceeds the limit by 1 request |
A total of 24—or an average of 8—does not make the second routine fit. Annual payment alone does not establish a pooled annual allowance. Confirm the actual reset dates, request-counting rules and any carry-forward terms. Recipients, document pages and templates are separate units; count fit alone does not establish complete service fit.
Keep an accepted existing signing method, or use a suitable free option when its actual limits meet the job. Recipient, document, signature and delivery requirements still apply. This example recommends no provider, paid upgrade or change to signing dates.
