Activation and each bank request have separate fees. Completed content scanning precedes deposit; Wells Fargo local handling differs from mailed bank deposits.
Current pricing explicitly charges $0.05 per overdue envelope per day; packages use $0.50 per pound per package per day after fourteen days. The older contract retains sixty free letter days while current pricing says thirty; current check cutoff is noon versus 2 pm in 2020 terms. Those timing conflicts remain unresolved.
