Choose the actual address and obtain its current Form 1583 instructions.
Check whether that operator offers an accepted physical or live-video witness route, or included notarization. USA2Me advertises video verification; LegalZoom advertises an included partner route. Davinci’s selected Woodlands product includes one session.
For a personal household, prepare a separate current form for each adult and two different accepted ID types. Names, users, adult forms, stamps and notary sessions are different counts.
Only compare an optional paid service after the operator accepts it for your country, IDs and document.

One signer and up to 25 pages: $25. Same-location additional signer $5; separate-location signers need separate $25 sessions without a business account. Each extra 25 pages costs $5.
Outside the US, local law must allow the session and the document/transaction must have the stated US connection. A mailbox operator must separately accept the result.
Current USPS adult personal authorization requires one Form 1583 per adult. Session price is not the same as a price per adult form.

US Virtual Notary

International route advertises $75 per stamp plus $10 per additional signer in the session. A signer outside the US need not be a US citizen or have a Social Security number under that offered route.
Use the provider’s exact document, ID and physical/electronic route; operator acceptance is separate. This does not promise an apostille or universal country validity.

Ordinary individual session: $25 for one signer and one stamp; each extra signer or stamp $10. A supplied witness is a separate service whose availability/price must be checked.
Being abroad is allowed under the stated US-connection and local-law conditions. Ordinary knowledge-based verification needs a qualifying Social Security number at least two years old and an associated US address; ITIN is not a substitute.
A biometric Form 1583 route can accept a foreign passport plus accepted address proof in an eligible session. It is not guaranteed to every retail visitor; operator acceptance remains separate.
Use a separate residential form for each adult under current USPS instructions, despite the older vendor article’s spouse shorthand.
