Book a real room when needed, or consider a package with included hours. Check room size, dates, hours and extra-use rates rather than assuming unlimited workspace.
Choose a self-managed virtual number or live answering. A human receptionist, room access and mail handling are separate buying decisions.

The exact-center link stays ordinary. It does not use the general exploration referral or carry a selection to a merchant cart.
Do not buy a mailing-only virtual office to verify one. Alliance’s specific support answer ↗ says its virtual-office address cannot be used, despite the more permissive Platinum Plus sales FAQ. Google’s coworking rules ↗ require permanent business signage, receiving customers at the location and your own staff during stated business hours. A center receptionist or occasional room booking does not establish those conditions.

Office service generally starts with six months, then continues monthly. Phone and live receptionist services have different monthly terms. Ask which date starts the term and which notice deadline applies to each service.
Alliance requires cancellation through its portal. The FAQ describes at least 30 days’ notice before the term ends; the terms describe service continuing through the following month. Confirm the actual end date in writing. Continued use of the address can keep charges running, and mail handling ends when service terminates.
Room bookings have their own cancellation rules: the public terms list a $25 charge with at least 48 hours’ notice and the full booking cost later. Check the selected room’s terms before booking. Setup charges are nonrefundable under the published terms.
This is a public product-source review, not firsthand service use or a customer rating. Network prices describe the specific service; they are not a selected-center quote or a complete invoice. Existing mailbox tariff dates are unchanged.
Live 50/$125, 100/$175 and 200/$260 include the phone system. The FAQ waives overage in the first month; ordinary later overage is $1.75/minute. At 80 minutes, later known portions are $177.50/$175/$260. Actual coverage, rounding, extras and agreement remain to be confirmed.
