Virtual office or virtual mailbox?

Read your mail from anywhere, meet a client in a room, or have someone answer the phone. Choose the service for that job before paying for a bundle.

Office address and rooms, call handling, and an appointed agent for legal notices are different roles.

Mail and scans

Receive letters at a US address and request supported scans or handling of originals. A mailbox can be enough when you do not need a room or call answering.

Compare receiving names, scan units, storage, pickup and forwarding. Postage and used handling may be extra. If someone else will collect Alliance mail, check its authorization steps before the visit →.

An address and meeting space

A virtual office can combine a business address with access to rooms or workspace. A bookable room is different from an included room allowance.

Choose a center, check the package’s hours and price the time you will actually use. A mail-only center may have no room.

Phone and human answering

A virtual number can route calls and record messages. A live receptionist adds a person who answers according to your instructions.

Compare live minutes, overages, coverage hours and transfers. Automated-phone minutes are a different allowance.

What Alliance illustrates

Alliance’s Platinum office service does not include meeting-room hours. Platinum Plus advertises location-dependent allowances of 2–16 hours; confirm the actual center, room type and booking availability. These are office choices, not letter-scan allowances.

Its public office terms generally require an initial six-month commitment. Phone and receptionist subscriptions have different monthly terms. The exact agreement governs setup, renewal, notice and used charges.

Meeting allowance or a place to work?

Platinum Plus · address + workspace

Consider an address with recurring workspace time: meeting rooms, coworking or private offices where the selected plan supports them. Up to 16 hours depends on location; confirm included time, room type, availability, term and extra-hour fees.

We may earn a commission.

Monthly coworking · workspace for the signer

Use a workstation and internet during the operator’s hours. Membership covers the signer; the same desk is not guaranteed each day. Confirm guest, evening/weekend access, commitment and all fees. Mail or business-address handling requires a separate purchase.

Explore monthly coworking

A day pass or one-off room rental is a separate choice. No selected-location price is established here.

These product pages do not preselect a center or carry your quote. Only need letters and scans? Compare ordinary mailboxes. For occasional workspace, compare a local pay-as-used option against the monthly commitment.

Before you choose a package

  1. Choose the actual location.
    • What are the exact pickup hours, and is an appointment needed?
    • Which photo ID and collector authorization are required?
    • How often are mail notifications sent, and does a manual check cost extra?
    • Are mail scans available here, and what do they cost?
    • Is the suite shared, is a PMB used, and does a unique identifier cost extra?
  2. List the work you will use. Room hours, live call minutes, scans, pickup, forwarding and postage have different units.
  3. Get the payment and exit terms. Ask for setup, initial and renewal rates, the minimum commitment, signup cash and notice deadline.
  4. Compare the same needs. Enter included use and extra rates in the private worksheet. An unknown charge stays unpriced.

Phone support or recurring task help?

A receptionist handles incoming calls. An assistant completes agreed work. Estimate task hours separately from the schedule when someone must be available.
