LegalZoom ordinary Virtual Mail
The optional canceled plan receives later mail until the earlier of six months or the selected address ceasing operation. It is not free storage or automatic forwarding. Forwarding requires your request plus shipping and processing charges; arrange wanted originals and confirm their final disposition before closing.
The current terms require downloading digital material before cancellation. If you decline the optional canceled plan, digital records may be deleted immediately. Finish and inspect local downloads while access is active; do not rely on a six-month export window.
Stop using the address within ten business days after cancellation and update senders directly; an ordinary USPS change-of-address notice is not the exit mechanism. Confirm the selected canceled-plan fee and continuing receiving, scanning, storage and forwarding charges. Current detailed pricing links an older cancellation FAQ, but its complete fee schedule and selected-product applicability remain unverified here. No closing invoice or larger access promise is inferred.
