Keep the current drafting and review workflow
- Name the agreed master and the person who accepts proposed changes.
- Set editing, reviewing and commenting access.
- Agree the final files and any review history to retain.
No new purchase established
An adequate existing editor and controlled review process can be enough. People are not automatically paid users.
Six hypothetical documents with editable and readable copies mean12requested delivery items. Export fidelity, preserved history, paid accounts and invoice remain unverified.
Three hypothetical worked decisions — readable without interaction
1 · Draft and review: keep an adequate existing workflow
An owner, freelancer and two reviewers need to finish six files. Their existing editor and sharing process meet the job. Name the master and the person who accepts changes; set editing/review/comment access, and reconcile unresolved suggestions before finalizing.
Six documents needing editable and readable copies mean 6 × 2 = 12 requested delivery items. This is not twelve paid seats or a successful export. Verify required history and that intended recipients can open the final copies. No additional subscription is established as necessary.
2 · Signing: compare separate allowance periods
One sender has agreed documents and reports an existing-tool gap. Four separate one-recipient requests are planned in one allowance period, and seven in the next: 4 + 7 = 11 total; the peak is 7. Do not average counts or pool annual allowances.
No numerical provider-plan fit is authorized by this static example. Verify the current scoped request limits, sender/recipient metering, record requirements and whether the existing product already handles the job. Prices, paid accounts, exact plan inclusion and recipient acceptance remain unverified.
3 · Retain records: check the pack before ending access
Twelve completed agreements must remain independently usable. With confirmed combined final-and-audit packaging, expect 12 items; with confirmed separate final and audit packaging, expect 12 + 12 = 24 items. If packaging is unknown, the item count stays unknown.
List the required record contents, identify the continuing owner, and open representative exported records outside the original service. Check current ordinary cancellation, downgrade, deletion and billing instructions separately. No click proves export success, no upgrade is assumed to recreate prior evidence, and no retention duration or legal adequacy is promised. Recordkeeping alone does not justify another subscription.

Retained research, ordinary sources and limits
The research observations were made November1,2026; they are not current-fact or programme approval. The build-owned source records remain research-only, so this prototype withholds numerical provider fits and qualifies dated provider operations. Current product names, commissioned SKU eligibility, signing inclusion, recipient rules, exports and retention still need their scoped checks.
