Restoring your choices and current facts…

What changes an online notary’s cost?

Start with the service’s charging unit, then count the people, seals or stamps, pages and witnesses your document needs. A starting price alone does not tell you the final charge.

Check a local bank alternative and its customer, center and document conditions.

Compare the same job before comparing a price

First confirm that the recipient accepts remote online notarization and an electronic completed file for this document. Then confirm that each service supports your actual identity route, signing locations and participant arrangement.

These ordinary retail observations are separate from any mailbox operator’s included verification session. They are not a cheapest-service ranking or a promise that every listed service can complete the same job.

One document can involve several fee units

For example, two signers, two required seals or stamps, a provided document witness and a short document do not mean the same bill at every service. NotaryLive counts pages and additional signers; Notarize and BlueNotary also list additional seal or stamp charges.

The public pages do not settle every participant, location and document arrangement. Get that arrangement confirmed before adding the fees into a total. We do not publish a combined example price while those conditions remain unconfirmed. Pages are not seals, and a document witness is not an identity-verification substitute.

Ask for the charge for your exact arrangement

  • Which account or service tier applies, and what counts as one session or transaction?
  • How many signers, required seals or stamps and pages will be charged?
  • Who supplies any document witnesses, and can everyone join in the proposed locations and meetings?
  • Are taxes, repeat meetings or other charges still outside the quote?

Ask the recipient or document preparer about the required act and witnesses; the fee table cannot decide those requirements.
