- File. Export the PDF through a supported document connection; check the folder’s access.
- Keep or send. Arrange a supported hold or forwarding before the paper’s holding deadline. Holding, handling and postage can cost extra.

Pricing says physical envelopes not put on hold are shredded after 30 days. It also has conflicting 30/60-day extended-hold wording; confirm the item’s expiry and paid hold rather than assuming another free month. Packages use a separate rule.
The FAQ/pricing say envelope images and content PDFs stay online until deleted. That is not a promise of post-close access: terms allow immediate loss of service/login and deletion on termination.
Arrange the hold or supported shipment while access is active. Confirm which receipt/processing date starts the item clock; these pages do not establish that a contents scan restarts it. The terms’ contradictory courtesy period is not a guaranteed grace period.

Scanned pages, arriving envelopes and receiving names can change the best plan independently. Begin with the address that will actually process the mail, then compare the same workload and duration against other services.
The same letters, different page counts

120 pages is three times the scanning. Leaving eight letters unopened changes the output; it is not the same service for less. For 30 arriving letters each month, one recipient and three pages in every opened letter, the current public engine changes its subscription-and-scan choice at:

Rollover, nonuniform items, originals, added names, check batches and shipping are separate. A lower subtotal does not establish a lower complete service price.
A stay that might end early
The first annual threshold compares only the prepaid base with repeated monthly bases at the unchanged current rate. Annual cash is committed for the whole term. A discount cannot remove the months you will not use or promise a refund.
